I am a PhD student in the Mattick lab. The high-throughput sequencing technologies have revolutionized our research to genome and epigenome as well as transcriptome fields. My research interests are not only in epigenomic and non-coding RNA control gene expression programs, but also developing novel computational methods to uncover diversity biological and biomedical questions. I have strong experiences to analyze diversity NGS datasets and I am really keen to reveal RNA interaction and their regulatory roles. Ultimately, it is expected to provide novel insights and therapeutic targets for complexity diseases from RNA research.
